ASEAN-Australia Business Summit 2018 SME Conference
This event has now ended.
You are invited to register for an SME Conference being held in Sydney on Friday 16 March 2018. The SME Conference is a dedicated event of the ASEAN-Australia Special Summit 2018 which will involve Leaders and CEOs from across ASEAN and Australia.
Who should attend the SME Conference?
Australian small-and-medium-sized enterprises who are, or are considering, exporting to ASEAN. Why attend the SME Conference? ASEAN is already a significant export market as one of Australia’s top three trading partners, and Australian businesses have more to offer the region. Delegates who attend the SME Conference will have a unique opportunity to tap into expertise and obtain advice from regional specialists, business leaders and successful exporters brought together to share their knowledge and insights. Alongside the SME Conference, there will be an information centre called The Marketplace, where delegates can receive tailored and practical advice about getting started or expanding in ASEAN from government agencies, peak industry bodies and trade promotion offices. The draft program is available here.
What is the ASEAN-Australia Special Summit?
The ASEAN-Australia Special Summit from 17-18 March 2018 in Sydney will be the first time an Australian leader will have hosted their ASEAN counterparts as a group in Australia. Leading in to the ASEAN-Australia Special Summit, the Business Summit on 16-17 March 2018 will help Australian and ASEAN businesses with the know-how and connections needed to strengthen our economic partnership.
