Participants will gain an insight into the results of the Deregulation Hub’s survey into the cost of red tape and the effects on the international competitiveness of the Australian manufacturing sector. At this roundtable, Josh Frydenberg, Parliamentary Secretary to the Prime Minister and the person responsible for the Abbott government's deregulation agenda, will share his views.

B20 Trade Taskforce

Export Council of Australia, HSBC Australia and members of the B20 Trade Taskforce are pleased to invite you to an exclusive boardroom lunch.

The B20 Trade Taskforce has finalised its recommendations to the G20 on practical measures countries can take to remove barriers to trade.

The Taskforce will provide an update, ahead of the G20 Leaders meeting in November, for exporters on the development of B20 recommendations that, if adopted, can result in measurable advances in liberalising trade.
Guests will be invited to participate in an informal consultation on trade policy as well as discussing the findings from a recent research study on trade deregulation in the manufacturing and agribusiness sectors.

Your participation will provide valuable insights to B20 Officials and the ECA.
