This program strengthens supply chain resilience by equipping institutions supporting SMEs as well as SMEs with practical risk management and diversification strategies, while building institutional capacity to deliver training and advisory support.
Through a combination of shared learning, tailored streams, applied case studies, and immersive field experiences, participants gain hands-on skills in:

- Trade policy analysis and strategic sourcing
- Diversification strategies for suppliers and markets
- Technology-enabled process improvements
- Government and industry engagement

Program Approach
Phase 1 – Combined Cohort
- All participants complete SME-focused training on supply chain resilience, diversification, and trade policy.
Phase 2 – Tailored Streams
- Institutional Representatives: Build train-the-trainer skills and SME engagement capabilities
- Focus on mentoring, training delivery, SME prioritisation, and policy engagement.
- SMEs: Focus on practical business needs, resilience strategies, and engagement with government/industry.

This Expression of Interest is for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to participate in the Program and strengthen their supply chain resilience, diversification strategies, and international trade capability. The program is designed to equip SMEs with practical tools, expert guidance, and regional networks to better manage disruption, expand markets, and engage with regional and global supply chains.
This Expression of Interest to participate in the program is for organisations that support SMEs and wish to strengthen their institutional capability to improve supply chain resilience, diversification, sustainability, and responsible trade. Submission of this form enables access to Phase 1 open training and consideration for advanced cohort participation, certification, and regional leadership roles.
