The program is designed to cultivate collaboration, spur innovation, and foster sustainable growth among women-led enterprises.

Upon program completion, participants will receive continued support via alumni networks, online resources, and follow-up sessions, ensuring they have ongoing guidance and assistance in implementing their export strategies and scaling their businesses internationally.

Program 2: Global Trade Mission Mastery Program

Embark on a transformative journey with the Global Trade Mission Mastery Program, meticulously crafted to empower participants with the skills, knowledge, and strategies necessary for triumphing in international trade missions.

Dive into a comprehensive curriculum designed to provide participants with a profound understanding of trade mission dynamics. From mastering effective networking and negotiation techniques to formulating strategies for capitalising on opportunities and fostering global business growth, this program covers it all.

Following the training program, participants will embark on a customised trade mission to a carefully selected market, curated exclusively for specific industry sectors. This immersive mission encompasses networking events, field trips, targeted business matching, industry-specific site visits, governmental meetings, cultural immersion experiences, strategy development sessions, personalised consultations, and reflective gatherings.

Upon the mission's conclusion, participants will engage in a follow-up webinar, delving into leveraging Trade Mission Insights for Business Growth, ensuring a seamless transition from mission experience to tangible business success.

Program 3: Global Trade Fair Mastery Program

The Global Trade Fair Mastery Program offers a comprehensive curriculum designed to equip participants with essential skills, knowledge, and strategies to maximize their effectiveness in global trade fair participation. Delve into key topic areas including understanding trade fairs, preparing for participation, networking and relationship building, and maintaining opportunities.

Following the training program, participants embark on a customised Trade Fair/Exhibition Mission, spanning 5-7 days depending on the Expo. Our goal is to provide hands-on experience, enabling participants to effectively showcase their offerings, network with international contacts, and capitalise on business growth opportunities.

Upon conclusion, the Trade Fair Debriefing and Action Planning Session serves as a post-activity for participants to reflect on their experiences, evaluate performance, and develop actionable strategies for post-fair follow-up and business growth. The session includes interactive workshops, group discussions, and action planning exercises to facilitate reflection and planning.

Program 4: Breaking the Age Barrier: Empowering Women Over 40 for Workplace Success

This pioneering program addresses the pervasive issue of ageism in today's workplace, particularly affecting mid-career women. Ageism manifests through biased hiring practices, limited career advancement opportunities, and stereotypes that undervalue the capabilities of older employees.

By equipping women with tools and resources to enhance their skills and assert their value in the workforce, this program aims to challenge age-related biases and promote workplace inclusivity. Through a holistic curriculum encompassing digital training, leadership development, and personal branding strategies, participants will emerge empowered to thrive in modern workplaces and advocate for age inclusivity.

Program 5: Leadership Program: Advancing Trade and Climate Leadership

The Women's Leadership Program in Advanced Trade and Climate Leadership is tailored to empower women in business and policy leadership roles, equipping them to navigate the complexities of global trade dynamics while addressing sustainability and climate challenges.

Through a 10-day intensive training program covering advanced trade dynamics, climate leadership, and leadership development, participants will gain comprehensive insights and skills.

Additionally, the program offers a 4-day field trip, providing immersive experiences in sustainable agriculture, renewable energy, indigenous perspectives, and sustainable tourism.

Participants also have the option to participate in the Festival of Inclusive Trade and a delegate mission to the WTO Public Forum.
