As part of the maintaining a healthy business in times of global crisis. Yesterday’s session covered slowed business and increased marketing.

The forum covered how to see slowed business as an opportunity to spend more time communicating and building a future customer base. You need to do more now, not less! Whether it’s doing what you’ve always done, or something different, the market must know if your business is going to survive this crisis. Some of the questions raised in the session included: 

  • You mentioned the importance of having a marketing strategy. What is the difference between a strategy and activities?
  • Mine is a small business, how do I generate content when I just can’t come up with all the ideas?
  • Can you give us an example of a patronising message?
  • What is SEO?
  • How do we communicate with our customers without annoying them?
