Upskilling in Lockdown

As the impacts of COVID-19 continue to be felt throughout our industry and the world, our priority as always is the health and well-being of our trainees, staff and clients as well as our industry and the broader community we serve. We remain committed to supporting you during this difficult period and helping you transition back to more normal operations when the time is right.

Remote Learning

Last year we began offering online training courses via our new eLearning platform as well as virtual face-to-face webinars using Zoom. With social distancing likely to continue for some time to come, we think these flexible training platforms could be especially useful to you now.

Below is a list of some of the courses we currently offer. However I'm keen to hear from you and find out how we can best support you - we can cover almost any area of the international supply chain, from the very basics to much more in depth:

  • Understanding the supply chain
  • Freight calculations and conversions
  • Incoterms
  • Industry calculations/conversions
  • How to move goods under bond
  • Chain of responsibility (CoR)
  • Import sea operations
  • Export sea operations
  • Import air operations
  • Export sea operations
  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Basics of WHS Act 2011

How can we help you?

Please contact me on 1300 881 075, by email joe@myfreightcareer.com.au or via our website if any of these courses interest you or to discuss your specific training and/or staffing needs.

To help you stay skilled during lockdown, we're also offering clients a 40% discount on our Introduction to International Freight Forwarding Supply Chain (FF101) online training course. Usually $325, this course will be available for $195 per person until July.
Our mission has always been to support our trainees and clients and we remain committed to this goal during these tough times
